Dora’s Mane was born from my love for textured hair and my desire to see Black women represented more authentically in the beauty space. I wanted to create wigs that felt closer to us — soft, natural-looking textures inspired by the many ways Black women wear and express their hair every day.

At its core, Dora’s Mane is a celebration of Afro-centric beauty, femininity, and identity. For so long, Black beauty has been defined through limited standards, yet our hair has always been one of the most powerful expressions of who we are. This brand was created to honor that versatility and allow Black women to feel seen, beautiful, and confident in textures that reflect us naturally and unapologetically.
